Here's a sample of dishes to be found on our Gourmet menu for this season, an idea of the cuisine available to you.



Grilled scallops on a lemongrass skewer,

with sautéed glass noodles and a fresh mango and chilli salsa


Grilled veal cutlet in a caper and herb dressing

accompanied by wild rice and fresh buttered asparagus


‘Hot Chocolate’ Tart with homemade pistachio ice cream

Savoury Tarte Tatin

Pesto infused Mediterranean vegetables
served with peppered crème fraiche


Baked fillet of cod served with carrot and coriander fritters,

drizzled with a fresh yogurt and saffron dressing


Caramelised pear and dark chocolate Tiramisu

Baby spinach and honey roasted pear salad

Served with savoury nougatine of walnut and Roquefort


Spring vegetable risotto,Garnished with grilled asparagus, broccoli, courgettes, Roast pepper coulis, crispy parmesan and fried parsley

Espresso and roast almond bavarois, Served in a ginger snap basket with caramel sauce
